“What a great read for anyone stuck, not motivated, unsure of what is next and just feeling blah. I love that this book is your basic guide to how to fix you if you are ready to do that. I do not know Susanne well but every time I have seen her in a room I swear I have said to myself I would love to feel as healthy as that woman looks. Susanne congratulations I truly think this is an essential read for all women to understand good health is not complicated but we do need understanding and consistency in the changes we need to make. Such an easy and fun read and I loved your sharing on your own life experiences and why you look as god damn healthy as you do. And your images are brilliant.
